Golden Casino Group consists of three casinos in Black Hawk: Golden Mardi Gras, Golden Gates and Golden Gulch. The Casino was looking for a way to roll all of their loyalty mailings into one format, rather than using multiple layouts, coupons and artwork. The original format was an 11” x 17” sheet folded to size and inserted into an envelope, along with accompanying promotion sheets. This format contained too many pieces and was overly large for casino players to conveniently read and bring with them to the casino.

A 12 page self-mailer booklet format was introduced by DMX. The benefits of the booklet allow for a more simplified presentation of the monthly promotions. The result of the new layout provides an orderly and uncomplicated medium for the message to be relayed, all in an attractive and handy package.  And by using the most comprehensive variable data printing software, DMX is able to combine numerous player level combinations into one print run. Each month, DMX employs a database hygiene regimen which upholds a close relationship with the data and allows for extensive interpretation that results in finely tuned accuracy of each record.
