Position
Accountant

You will record organization's business transactions and retain all accounting records. You will post, verify, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, payroll, and other ledger accounts. You will oversee employee benefits administration. You will prepare financial statements, invoices, and job cost reports. You will submit reports of business financial operations to senior managers and outside tax accountants. You have high experience in general accounting procedures. You are a self starter; you are accurate and take great pride in your work and accomplishments.

Essential Duties
You will be responsible for performing all DMX accounting functions in a timely, accurate manner utilizing GAP standards. Tasks include, but are not limited to, all aspects of A/P, A/R, P/R, employee benefits administration, financial statement preparation, depreciation, cash management, bank reconciliation, sales tax, and budget preparation. You will be required to perform checks and balances in every aspect of your work to ensure financial accuracy.

Education and Work Experience
Must Have:

• Associates Degree in Accounting
• Commercial accounting software experience
• MS Excel Word and Internet browser proficiency
• Good personal credit
• No criminal police record
• High integrity
• Respect for confidentiality

• MAS 90 Accounting Software Experience
• Job cost accounting
• College Degree in Accounting
