Position: Data Processing Associate – Entry Level

Salary: $22K to $35K - Commensurate with Experience

We are a Littleton, Colorado direct marketing and fulfillment company which provides services to nationally recognized clients include printing, mailing, bulk email distribution, customer inquiry information fulfillment, SEC Edgar filing, creative design and e-Commerce. Data processing, Internet and Web applications are integrated into both our customer services and our internal production applications. As such we employ a wide range of information processing, distribution and production platforms throughout our network.

Position
As a Data Processor you will be responsible for utilizing the applications, tools, and processes at DMX Direct to cleanse and organize data as required by specific project requirements. You will be responsible for closely following predefined processes while understanding the purpose of each step of the process.

You will need to be extremely detail oriented and have a good eye for anomalous or incorrect results. You will need to be an independent learner but ask questions as necessary to get a full understanding of project requirements. You will assist IT staff in performing other computer-related tasks as needed, including but not limited to help desk, operating system updates, backups, and printer support.
