Job Overview
This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time, including direct mail, print, financial printing and fulfillment, e-mail marketing, PURLs and 1:1 variable communication plus website development and design and e-commerce. The suitable candidate will be extremely detail oriented, have solid organizational skills and have the flexibility to adapt to new technology tools and processes. Must understand marketing strategy and the creative development process and be curious about new technology and our industry.
Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication and writing skills. Experience with and knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, e-commerce, and mobile marketing a plus.

What you need to apply:
- 3+ years of project management experience in the marketing communications industry
- A basic knowledge of data file structures and layouts as employed in direct marketing
- Experience with print, direct mail and fulfillment programs including strategy and creative development
- Understanding of lettershop/mail, USPS requirements
- Procurement and vendor management experience
- Organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail is required
- Experience with e-mail campaign software, PURLs, and 1:1 variable data
- Social media savvy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
What you will be doing:
- Communicate with Client contact(s) on tactical requirements, review all work in process items, monitor quality
- Establish, execute, coordinate and maintain product schedules for all project assignments
- Developing job specifications based on client needs
- Estimating and calculating job costs and prices within estimating/project management software, including negotiating pricing from third party suppliers and vendors.
- Initiating appropriate work orders, purchase orders and job change orders
- Providing ongoing status updates to internal and external contacts
- Oversight of outside vendors and internal departments to ensure the success of each project
- Proactive communication with internal and external contacts to raise service levels and customer satisfaction
- Establishing, coordinating and maintaining all job files, documents and production schedules
- Maintaining contractual and other client obligations and related billings
- Oversight of financial assets of DMX and client deployed in tactical execution of projects
- Data analysis and trend reporting per client
