Job Overview
This position will be responsible for operating a variety of in-house digital production equipment, managing multiple production projects at one time, and providing support in fulfillment (assembly, kitting, etc.) when required. The suitable candidate will be extremely detail oriented, be able to work independently with little supervision, and have the flexibility to adjust to various situations and personality types. Computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator helpful.

Responsibilities will vary from day to day. Needs to be a team player, versatile, and provide production support where needed. Need to be able to function in a high activity environment and with potentially stressful pressure to meet deadlines. Strong computer skills.
What you will be doing:
Operate digital presses and other equipment, perform routine maintenance and trouble-shooting.
Manage print queue and output files for in-house digital printing, including color.
Oversee and maintain print quality throughout digital print runs.
Coordinate outside bindery and finishing services, make deliveries and pickups.
Collate, insert, sort for mailing, package for shipping, etc.
Problem solve, follow established protocol for quality control and ensure quality production.
Understanding of imposition and color management helpful.
Provide support to Project and Account Managers as required.
Manage workflow, prioritize work and provide schedules to Project and Account Managers.
Must have car and valid driver’s license.
Background check and appropriate good driving record required.
