Job Overview

This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time. Database and web site troubleshooting are two of the more critical elements of this role. The suitable candidate will be extremely detail oriented, have solid organizational skills and have the flexibility to adjust to various situations and personality types.

What you need to apply:

• Direct Mail and fulfillment experience a plus
• Basic web competency is ideal
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail is required

• Working with senior level personnel in managing client related projects
• Providing ongoing status updates to internal and external contacts
• Data analysis and trend reporting
• Oversight of outside vendors and internal departments to ensure the success of each project
• Proactive communication with internal and external contacts to raise service levels and customer satisfaction
• Client invoicing and reporting
• Database maintenance and set up

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
