This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time. Creative Design and vendor management are two of the more critical elements of this role. What you need to apply:

• 1+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of creative / graphic design experience
• Copywriting experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills

What you will be doing:

• Working with senior level personnel in managing client related projects
• Providing ongoing status updates to internal and external contacts
• Creation and coordination of design-related projects
• Oversight of outside vendors and internal departments to ensure the success of each project
• Proactive communication with internal and external contacts to raise service levels and customer satisfaction

Developing job specifications based on client needs
Estimating and calculating job costs and prices
Initiating appropriate work orders, purchase orders and job order changes
Establishing, coordinating and maintaining all job files, documents and production schedules
Maintaining contractual and other client obligations and related billings
Oversight of financial assets of DMX and client deployed in tactical execution of projects

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
