Job Overview

This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time. Client invoicing and documentation management are two of the more critical elements of this role. The suitable candidate will be extremely detail oriented, have solid organizational skills and have the flexibility to adjust to various situations and personality types.

What you need to apply:

• 1+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of estimating / billing experience

What you will be doing:

• Working with senior level personnel in managing client related projects
• Providing ongoing status updates to internal and external contacts
• Assisting in all estimating aspects of the business
• Assisting in all billing aspects of the business
• Oversight of outside vendors and internal departments to ensure the success of each project
• Proactive communication with internal and external contacts to raise service levels and customer satisfaction

Developing job specifications based on client needs
Estimating and calculating job costs and prices
Initiating appropriate work orders, purchase orders and job order changes
Establishing, coordinating and maintaining all job files, documents and production schedules
Maintaining contractual and other client obligations and related billings
Oversight of financial assets of DMX and client deployed in tactical execution of projects

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
