Position: Warehouse/Fulfillment Production Associate

 
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Lead Fulfillment Technician, the Warehouse/Fulfillment Production Associate is responsible for accurate fulfillment and warehouse management of marketing literature and products. This hands-on multi-faceted position includes inventory receiving, assembly, distribution, hand collating, and nesting according to client specifications.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Collect/create necessary materials to fulfill orders according to client specifications.
2. Assemble literature packages both manually and automated machine inserting.
3. Operate various fulfillment equipment: inserters, folders, postal machines, copiers and on-demand laser machines.
4. Perform quality checks on own work and other’s work to assure order accuracy.
5. Perform shipping functions: packing orders and determining shipping method to maximize shipping cost efficiency, prevent material damage and ensure on-time delivery.
6. Perform inventory functions: inventory receiving, inventory ordering, inventory recycling, and monitoring of client materials and products.
7. Respond to client requests in a professional manner.
8. Track the shipping of materials and investigates shipping delays/problems.

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Experience in literature fulfillment, inventory receiving, auditing and shipping preferred.
3. Knowledge and experience using software (Microsoft Excel and Word) helpful.
4. Must have good manual dexterity, extreme attention to detail and quality.
5. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
6. Must be able to perform work standing for long periods of time.
7. Good credit and no criminal history. Background check required.
